Johann Ramière, founder of Esprit du Luxe, travels regularly to Paris and across France to meet clients in their offices, workshops or boutiques. A first meeting on site, with samples and prototypes in hand, is worth more than a long exchange of files. You then keep a single contact from study to delivery, reachable in Geneva and present in Paris whenever the project requires.
