Nina Métayer
the green box of the Délicatisserie
The Nina Métayer chocolate box is the project that started our collaboration with the pastry chef: a deep green box marked with a gilded rosette.
A simple object in appearance, in which every detail has been worked on: the shade, the grain of the paper, the fineness of the stamping, the pattern of the inner rim.
The brief
To give the Délicatisserie a box recognisable at first glance, worthy of chocolates made by an award-winning chef, for the boutique as well as for shipping.
The constraint
A dense, even green across the whole surface, a very fine gilded stamping that stays sharp on textured paper, materials suited to food contact.
The process
A rigid lidded box covered in textured green paper. Logo and rosette hot foil stamped in gold. Inner rim printed with a gilded pattern, light edge that underlines the lid. Compartment insert for the chocolates.
The result
A box that has become a signature of the house. It served as the basis for the projects that followed, including the Porsche x Nina Métayer box.
